We de-risk investments in energy infrastructure in Poland by offering integrated project management services across development, construction, O&M as well as due diligence.

This is by optimizing each phase and their multi-disciplinary interfaces across permitting, design, technical, suppliers, contractors, grid connection, electricity license and O&M.

Having developed hundreds of MWs of solar and wind farms, we subsequently constructed and operated them for our clients. Our growth took us from 1 MW assets to utility-scale 100+ MW farms, totaling above 1,5 GW in different stages.

Project Management

We de-risk projects by carefully assessing, planning, executing and controlling progress of each phase and their interfaces to ensure intended IRR and timely completion.

Our proven approach to risk management, stakeholder engagement, EPC, HSE, budgetting/cost control, quality and detailed scheduling, among many, assures that projects get built as planned.

We find the right land and secure the lease, engage with stakeholders, obtain zoning and environmental decisions, grid connection and cable routing.

Finally, we obtain building permit to ensure project's constructability.

Some examples of how we've helped our clients

PV 60 MW - Polanów & Postomino, Poland + -

  • On behalf of our client, we have developed, constructed and operated the Polanów & Postomino solar farms with combined installed capacity of 60 MW.
  • The farms are located in northern Poland, we found the land, secured the lease agreement, zoning and environmental decisions, building permit as well as grid connection and route.
  • Thereafter, we secured offtake through govermental CFD auction, run competitive dialog with suppliers and contractors, provided construction management and reached COD in 2021, as planned.
  • Finally, we obtained the electricity license, started operating and maintaining the assests, secured EON, ION and FON.

PV 74 MW - Nidzica, Poland + -

  • As opposed to the above Polanow & Postomino, we have led development and assisted on construction and operation of Nidzica solar farm, 74 MW. Our Client took the lead at the RTB stage.
  • The farm is located in northern Poland, we found the land, secured the lease agreement, zoning and environmental decisions, building permit as well as grid connection and route.
  • Then, we secured offtake through govermental CFD auction, supported in competitive dialog with suppliers and contractors, assisted in construction management and reached COD in 2023.
  • Finally, we supported our client in obtaining the electricity license, operating and maintaining the assest and EON, ION.

Offshore Wind 600 MW - CFXD, Taiwan + -

  • Heading Project Management Office team (PMO) of 600 MW Changfang & Xidao offshore wind farm in Taiwan for a client.
  • PMO team addressed management of risk and financial contingency, schedule management and critical path, progress and forecast reporting, CAPEX budgeting and control.
  • Reporting construction status to project owners and financing institutions until COD in early 2025.
